November 7^th 2010 Courtyard Café Cookery Course

 Spend a happy Sunday afternoon

at the Courtyard Café in Chagford and learn how to

MAKE A FANTASTIC LOAF OF BREAD

 Many of our customers ask how we make the bread that we serve in the Café. So we are running a half day bread-making workshop and this is your chance to get behind the scenes and find out how we do it. Come and learn a simple and effective no-weigh method to create your own beautiful bread. Never make a brick loaf again!

 You will go home with a fabulous loaf of bread made entirely by you, stacks of recipe ideas and flour on your fingers….. While your loaf is rising or in the oven Philippa will talk a bit about the theory of bread making and you can relax with a cup of tea and several different types of bread to taste. The small group size (six) means there will be time for all your questions.

 The course runs from 2pm to 5.30pm on Sunday 7^th November 2010 and costs £25 (all ingredients included). To book call the Courtyard on 01647 432571 or drop in and book over tea and a delicious cake!

 Can’t make the 7^th November? We will also be running bread making courses on Sunday Nov 28^th and Dec 12^th – let us know which date you prefer when you book.

This Exhibition is a look at Artists, Craftspeople and local business with sustainable practices and is on at the Centre for Contemporary art and the Natural World,
